Is there a contract?
Yes, one calendar month’s notice is required when cancelling your regular cleaning services arrangement with us, agreed upon when making a booking with us.
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Yes, for our regular visits you would have the same cleaner each visit, if our cleaners need to cancel then we will arrange cover when required.
Do I have to stay at home when the cleaner comes to me?
No, the cleaners are all very stringently vetted and experienced so that you can leave them to clean alone in your house.
What if I am not happy with the cleaner?
You can change cleaners at any time if you feel that your current cleaner is not fulfilling your requirements.
How do I pay?
We have two separate payment methods, our fees are payable via direct debit and our cleaners rate is payable directly to our cleaner on the day of cleaning.
Can I book via phone?
No. We only accept bookings via this website, if you have any problems with our website, please refresh the page and proceed with the booking. If you’re still not successful, please contact us via the request a call back option at the bottom of our website.
I want a female or male cleaner
Our platform doesn’t allow to choose the gender of the cleaner in order to avoid any discrimination. However, if there is any reason you prefer a female or male cleaner to work in your home, please let us know in the booking and we will try our best to meet your requirements.
I need a cleaner urgently for today
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to arrange a cleaner for you.
I would like a receipt
Please email cleaning@arisingcleaningservices.co.uk to request an invoice for your cleaning, please provide your postcode when emailing us so we can find your booking.
Do you clean outside of the house?
No. We do not provide these services at the moment.
Arising Cleaning Services Provide us with regular cleaning on weekly basis, We are very happy with the services they provide.

We've been using Arising Cleaning Services for about a year now and are really happy with their service. A suitable cleaner was found really quickly and she is wonderful at her job. When the crisis began and our cleaner had to return to her native country to be with family, Arising were communicative and helpful. Even though we've decided to wait until social distancing regulations are relaxed before getting a new cleaner (if our former one does not return that is), Arising have been in touch regularly and we will definitely be using them again when this situation begins to ease.

We have used Arising Cleaning Services for about 6 months now. The service has always been excellent. If a cleaner was unable to make a home visit more often than not Arising Cleaning Services has usually been able to find us another cleaner, even at short notice sometimes. Have had a great service and experience with Arising Cleaning Services. We have a dog and it can be difficult finding cleaners who are comfortable and confident with dogs.
